2. This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and/or within a safe outside cat containment area and will not be
allowed to roam freely outside.
3. Purchaser agrees to consider alternatives to de clawing and painful forms of training this cat or kitten and
realizes knuckle amputation could cause irreversible damage to the nerves and temperament of this cat or
kitten.
4. This cat or kitten is purchased for: 1.__ altered pet 2. __breeder

5. Spaying or neutering is required on all pet cats or kittens.
6. Seller provides a Health Certificate from a licensed Florida Veterinarian assuring good health.
7. Seller guarantees cat or kitten is free of external, internal parasites (worms, fleas, ear mites, fungus, etc.)
8. Seller provides a 5 (five) generation pedigree for your new Bengal upon completion of payment ( if applicable )
9. Seller guarantees cat or kitten is free from disease and/or hereditary deformity.
10. Seller provides transportation to the airport for long distance shipping.
11. The buyer will provide this cat or kitten with proper nutrition, veterinary care, vaccines and human
companionship. Any significant health conditions during the cat's lifetime will be reported to the Seller.
12. If this cat or kitten is found to be abused, neglected, or mistreated, the Buyer will surrender said cat or
kitten to Seller, unconditionally.
13. The Buyer agrees to provide the cat or kitten with a clean, pleasant environment, conducive to good health
and with adequate space for exercise. This cat or kitten will remain uncaged, except when necessary.
14. No cash refund except as stated under Health Guarantee.
